軌道式(shi)集裝(zhuang)箱門式(shi)起重機(ji)主(zhu)要有以下特點(dian):
①起(qi)升(sheng)速度(du)(du)較(jiao)(jiao)低而(er)大車運(yun)行(xing)速度(du)(du)較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)。根(gen)據集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)堆場(chang)的需(xu)求,軌道式集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)門式起(qi)重(zhong)機起(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)度(du)(du)按堆三過四(si)或(huo)堆四(si)過五來確定,由于起(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)度(du)(du)不高(gao),因此起(qi)升(sheng)速度(du)(du)相(xiang)應地較(jiao)(jiao)低。但(dan)集裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)堆場(chang)一般沿運(yun)行(xing)軌道方向長度(du)(du)較(jiao)(jiao)長,為(wei)達(da)到一定的生產率,大車運(yun)行(xing)速度(du)(du)較(jiao)(jiao)高(gao)。
②小(xiao)(xiao)車(che)運(yun)行(xing)速度(du)可(ke)根(gen)據橋(qiao)架(jia)跨度(du)和兩端外(wai)伸(shen)距確(que)定。當跨度(du)及懸臂(bei)長(chang)度(du)較小(xiao)(xiao)時(shi),小(xiao)(xiao)車(che)運(yun)行(xing)速度(du)和生產率要(yao)求相對(dui)可(ke)取較小(xiao)(xiao)值。當跨度(du)較大(da),懸臂(bei)長(chang)度(du)也(ye)較大(da)時(shi),小(xiao)(xiao)車(che)運(yun)行(xing)速度(du)可(ke)相應提高以滿(man)足生產率要(yao)求。
③當跨度超過(guo)40m時(shi),大車高速運(yun)行(xing)(xing)過(guo)程(cheng)中,由于兩(liang)側(ce)門腿運(yun)行(xing)(xing)阻(zu)力(li)不同(tong)將會發生(sheng)偏移,為此設置同(tong)步裝置,通過(guo)電氣控制(zhi)系統(tong)保持(chi)兩(liang)側(ce)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)機構(gou)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)速度的同(tong)步。
④為滿足較高的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)要求(qiu),電(dian)氣驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)采用(yong)晶閘管直流(liu)或(huo)交流(liu)調(diao)速(su)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),以達到較好的(de)(de)(de)調(diao)速(su)和控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)性能。電(dian)氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)也可采用(yong)常(chang)(chang)規交流(liu)渦流(liu)調(diao)速(su)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)或(huo)交流(liu)定子(zi)調(diao)壓調(diao)速(su)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)。對于速(su)度較高的(de)(de)(de)大(da)車(che)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)機(ji)構的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)氣控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),通常(chang)(chang)用(yong)帶電(dian)氣制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)晶閘管直流(liu)、交流(liu)調(diao)速(su)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)或(huo)交流(liu)定子(zi)調(diao)壓調(diao)速(su)控(kong)(kong)(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong),避免采用(yong)常(chang)(chang)規電(dian)氣驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)系(xi)(xi)(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)中(zhong)運(yun)(yun)行(xing)停車(che)時靠制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)器制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)的(de)(de)(de)方式,以免給(gei)整機(ji)帶來(lai)巨大(da)沖擊。
