  軌(gui)道式集裝箱門式起重機主要有以下(xia)特點(dian):

  ①起(qi)升(sheng)速(su)度較低而大車運(yun)行(xing)速(su)度較高(gao)(gao)(gao)。根(gen)據集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)堆(dui)(dui)場(chang)的(de)(de)需求,軌(gui)道式(shi)集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)門(men)式(shi)起(qi)重機起(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao)度按堆(dui)(dui)三過四或堆(dui)(dui)四過五來確定(ding),由于起(qi)升(sheng)高(gao)(gao)(gao)度不(bu)高(gao)(gao)(gao),因(yin)此起(qi)升(sheng)速(su)度相應地(di)較低。但集(ji)裝(zhuang)箱(xiang)堆(dui)(dui)場(chang)一般(ban)沿運(yun)行(xing)軌(gui)道方向長度較長,為達到(dao)一定(ding)的(de)(de)生產率,大車運(yun)行(xing)速(su)度較高(gao)(gao)(gao)。

  ②小車(che)運(yun)(yun)行速(su)度(du)可(ke)根據橋架跨度(du)和兩(liang)端(duan)外(wai)伸(shen)距確定。當跨度(du)及懸(xuan)臂長度(du)較(jiao)小時,小車(che)運(yun)(yun)行速(su)度(du)和生(sheng)產(chan)率(lv)(lv)要求(qiu)相(xiang)對可(ke)取(qu)較(jiao)小值(zhi)。當跨度(du)較(jiao)大,懸(xuan)臂長度(du)也較(jiao)大時,小車(che)運(yun)(yun)行速(su)度(du)可(ke)相(xiang)應提(ti)高以滿足生(sheng)產(chan)率(lv)(lv)要求(qiu)。

  ③當跨度超過40m時,大車高速(su)運(yun)行過程中,由于兩側門腿運(yun)行阻(zu)力不(bu)同(tong)將會(hui)發生偏移(yi),為此設(she)置同(tong)步(bu)裝置,通過電氣控制系統保持兩側運(yun)行機構運(yun)行速(su)度的同(tong)步(bu)。
